The Lehigh Valley Athletic Club will once again offer 4 Sunday Sessions beginning on January 24, 2010. These clinics are geared for more of a preparation for the fast approaching post season. These clinics will be held in the Lehigh University Wrestling Room (5th Floor, Taylor Gym, 641 Taylor Street, Bethlehem, Pa 18105). We would like to reach out to as many wrestlers as possible to offer the most effective workouts as we can. The typical workout will consist of a solid warm-up, a short technical session, intense drilling of high percentage techniques, and ending with live wrestling. All Junior High and High School wrestlers are encouraged to come check out what we have to offer. Finally, at this point in the season we believe it is crucial to get different looks from different workout partners, in order to be most prepared for the vital post season competition.
